Litigation - Criminal law – Mediation

LMBE assists and represents its clients before any French and EU Courts (i.e. Court of Justice of the European Union and the General Court (formerly the Court of First Instance), as well as before specialised courts. Its cooperation with international partners enables LMBE to manage and coordinate complex international disputes, in the interest of its French or foreign clients.

  • Requalification of operations relating to the issue of securities
  • Directors’ liability in recovery or liquidation proceedings
  • Litigation relating to the transfer of business concerns
  • Litigation relating to commercial leases (i.e. renewal of commercial leases, determination of the compensation for eviction)
