Sabrina Mattioni is specialized in Corporate Law and is in charge of the legal follow-up of groups of companies, as well as of small and medium-sized businesses operating in the primary, manufacturing and service industries. Sabrina is regularly involved in the organization and management of national and cross border M&A transactions and finds there the opportunity to use her knowledge and bilingual expertise of both English and Italian languages. With a dual citizenship (French and Italian), Sabrina is a member of the Italian Desk of the Firm.
